Who you are buying from. The Claude Code Mini-Course is created and sold by Valerii Boiko, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, contactable at valera.boyko.01@gmail.com ("we", "us").
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for this product. Your order, invoice and payment relationship are with Paddle; Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to the transaction.
1. What you are buying
A one-time purchase of lifetime access to an online, text-and-image course about Claude Code, Anthropic's agentic coding tool. At the time of writing the course contains 8 modules, 26 lessons, 47 cheat sheets and screenshots, and 8 quizzes.
The course is delivered as a private web page. After payment you receive a personal access link by email and on the confirmation page. That link is your access credential.
2. Price and payment
The price is USD 7.00 as a single payment. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added or included at checkout; Paddle calculates and remits it. The price shown at checkout before you confirm is the price you pay.
We never see or store your card details. Card data is handled entirely by Paddle and its payment partners.
3. Your access
Access is personal to you. You may:
- read the course on any device you use
- download the offline copy provided in the course for your own use
- apply everything you learn in your own work, commercial or otherwise
You may not share your access link publicly, resell access, or republish the course materials — in whole or in substantial part — as your own product. Because the link is the credential, sharing it is equivalent to sharing your account.
We may revoke an access link that has been published publicly or is being used to distribute the course. If we do that in error, tell us and we will restore it.
4. Lifetime access — what that means honestly
"Lifetime" means there is no subscription and no expiry date on your purchase: you pay once and the link keeps working. It does not mean we guarantee the website will exist forever. Two commitments follow from that:
- Every buyer can download a complete offline copy of the course at any time. We recommend you do.
- If we ever discontinue the hosted version, we will give notice by email to buyers where we have an address on file.
5. Updates to the course
Claude Code changes quickly. We update lessons as the product changes, and updates are included in your purchase at no extra cost. We do not promise a particular update schedule, and we may add, revise, reorganise or remove lessons.
6. Intellectual property
All course text, images, cheat sheets and code examples remain our property, except where third-party material is credited. "Claude", "Claude Code" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. This course is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
7. No warranty, and the limits of what a course can promise
The course is educational material provided "as is". We have verified product facts against official documentation at the time of writing, but software changes, and we do not warrant that every statement will remain accurate, or that the course will meet a particular need or produce a particular outcome for you.
Nothing here is professional, legal, security or financial advice. You are responsible for what you run on your own systems. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
8. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, up until you download the offline copy of the course. Downloading that archive ends the refund window, in line with the statutory position for digital content and with Paddle's buyer terms, which you accept at checkout. Reading the course online does not affect your refund rights. The course warns you before a download begins. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Consumer rights concerning the payment itself may also be exercised against Paddle as Merchant of Record.
