Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked — until you download the offline copy. Read the whole course online, take as long as you like, and if it isn't what you hoped, ask for your money back within 14 days. You don't have to explain why.
The one thing that ends it is downloading the offline archive. That is the point where the course becomes permanently yours and can't be given back, so it is also the point where the refund window closes — the same rule you agreed to with Paddle at checkout. The course page warns you before the download starts.
How to request a refund
Either way works — pick whichever you prefer.
Yourself, through Paddle
Paddle handled your payment and can refund it without going through us. Go to paddle.net, or use the View receipt / Manage transaction link in the payment confirmation email Paddle sent you, and choose the refund option there.
This is usually the fastest route, and you don't have to explain anything to anyone.
Or just write to us
Email valera.boyko.01@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to the email that carried your access link. Mentioning your order or transaction ID speeds things up, but we can find you by your email address alone.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request, usually within two business days.
- The refund is issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
- Paddle typically returns the money within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Your access link stops working once the refund is issued.
When the window closes
Two things end it, whichever comes first:
- You download the offline copy. The archive is the complete course, yours to keep, and nothing can un-download it. Before the download begins we tell you plainly that it ends your refund window, so this never happens by surprise.
- 14 days pass.
After either, we will still read your message. If something went wrong on our side, if the course was materially not what was described, or if you were charged twice, write to us and we will make it right. We would rather refund someone than have them feel cheated over seven dollars.
Reading the course online never costs you anything. Only the download does.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of, and does not replace, any rights you have under consumer law where you live. Because Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for this sale, you may also raise a refund or chargeback request with Paddle directly, and any statutory right of withdrawal you have applies to that transaction.
Why the download is the line
This is the standard rule for digital content, and it is the one you already accepted at checkout: under Paddle's buyer terms, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once a download begins, because at that moment you have received the thing in full and permanently.
We have tried to make that fair rather than merely legal:
- Lesson 1.1 is free and complete, before you pay anything, so you can judge the format first.
- The entire course is readable online without touching the download, for the full 14 days.
- The download button warns you what it costs before it starts, and you can cancel.
In other words, nobody should ever lose a refund without having been told, in the moment, that they were about to.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged more than once for the same course, tell us and we will refund the extra charge immediately — the 14-day window does not apply to a billing error.
